shiyun is an escapee.
an escapee is someone who do not want to face up to reality.
shiyun does not like to face up to reality and often finds comfort in sleeping as she believes that she need not worry abt her problems in her sleep.
therefore shiyun is an escapee.

shiyun is a procrastinator.
a procrastinator is one who refuse meet datelines.
Since shiyun has a lot of undone homework, an unfinished script, an unedited news piece, and they are behind shedule, therefore she is a procastinator.

shiyun is a poor leader.
a good leader is someone who can offer sound advices and guidance and steer a group or organisation towards success.
a good leader is not a mere workaholic
a good leader must be charismatic
a good leader must be wise
a good leader does not panic in the face of difficulties and obstacles.
since shiyun does not possess any of the above leadership qualities
therefore she is a poor leader.
