Greetings from Hue (pronounced as Huay), the ancient city of Vietnam!!

Just rounded our Halong bay trip where we cruised along the limestones / limestone karsts?

I think geography students would like this.

We were one of the few asians on the trip,

the rest were all angmohs.

visited a cave,

did kayahing and

cycled at the national park (which i think is more fun!)

We had an overnight stay at an island called catba

the hotel's electricity only run after 5pm which left all of us sweating like horses!

The ride on the boat ack to the city was brezzy but left me tanned like a Malay.

nth much to comment on Halong bay,

cos i like Sapa better. :P
