I Swim therefore I am

1 hour, 8 laps.
This is a good regime. At least on the emotional level it gets me draining all the negative charges into the water and keeps me sane. Swimming is almost like meditation to me. Being in the water, the senses react differently. One breathes through the mouth and not the nose;  gets immersed in a world of blue vision; hear sounds travel in different way;
senses the water, not quite the air. Yet such profound experience keeps one rooted because at every interval, one gets up to breath and see that we're still of the world.

In any case, swimming keeps me sane, and allows me to let offsteam from all that life has at times shittily offered. Topsy turvy, dismantling all the beliefs and values you might have been taught, and fervently subscribed to since young.

It keeps the calming rhythm of the water at every breadth. And helps me be more self aware at every gasp for air, that

Air is not to be taken for granted.
