1 ) title of claim typed wrongly.
2 ) cant find add of chew teng hui, in the end boss found.
3 ) emailed the quotation to the wrong terrance which i'm supposed to email to.
4 ) bank in slip typed wrongly $6846 and i typed $6848 and boss has to ask me to rectify my mistake.
