Everything built on trust

since entering into my care-free working life,
i've heard alot abt workplace politics and the likes.
so i thought i'd have to protect myself becos everyone's evil.
everyone's fake.
choose what to trust and what not to.
people only want to take advantage of you.
and the adult work looks and sounds scary.

but i thank God because He must have been protecting me .
the ppl i interact and work with
are nice and friendly.
yes. like my collegue says: "did u realise? everything in this company is bulit on trust"
the fact that i do not have to tap card when i arrive for work or go home.
i don't have anyone to check on me whether i'm extending my own lunch hour.
(which of cos i dun)
i work at my own pace in the comfort of my own space.
and whenever i needed help,
there are so many sources and the people are ever willing to teach me more.
explaining everything to me step by step.
crack jokes and stuff.
