Indulgence

Getting in touch with myself today. I've delibrately thrown off the weights of test setting, lesson prep, CCA planning, department admin, compo marking and everything which spelt W-O-R-K. Probably Shiyun of tomorrow will be cursing and swearing at the Shiyun of this moment.

Well, indulged a bit in consumerism, but I suppose anything material that fills the soul is worth indulging in. So here goes the gifts to myself.

I've found a friend for the current terririum in my office and I'm sure they'll be more than happy to share the sacred space together.

This little encouragement to step out of my comfort zone shall find its place on my cupboard.

2 books from the old mall along selegie road. First of which was a compulsory  reader when I was in secondary school. I've searched high and low for it when I was on my teaching stinct some years back, but it was nowhere to be found. Lo and behold, finding it in some of the least expected place. The other book simply caught my attention with its title.

And so, in 15 mins time, meeting Weiying to catch a play.

Working out well. A simple and blessed day. :)
